Requirements:BS degreeThree years of experience applying adult learning and design best practices to develop engaging and effective learning resources.Must have experience with LXP, LCMS and LMS platforms.A clinical background is an advantage.Proficiency in MS Office products and proficient with rapid development authoring tools.Knowledge of incorporating multimedia elements (audio, video, and graphics) into blended learning solutions.
The
Digital Learning Manager's responsibilities will be:Create interactive, engaging, scalable sessions incorporating facilitator guides, PowerPoint presentations, and job aids using rapid prototyping, SAM, ADDIE, and agile development approaches.Develop and implement consistent operational protocols for learning innovation through technologyEnsure all work is in compliance with regulationsEnsure seamless execution across all cross-functional partners.Ability to use software applications daily such as Photoshop, Premiere, Captivate, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, Articulate and RISE.If you are having difficulty in applying or if you have any questions, please contact
