About This Role:The Senior Proposal Graphics Designer is responsible for developing high-quality, compliant proposal graphics by collaborating with capture, proposal and technical SME's personnel during the full lifecycle of proposal development from pre-proposal through submittal. The ideal candidate will have the skillset and experience to create technical style proposal graphics and presentation concepts under deadline-driven timelines for a range of Defense, Civilian, and Intelligence agencies. The Senior Proposal Graphics Designer is a key member of our Growth and Proposal Operations team and will report directly to our Senior Director of Proposal Operations.

Responsibilities:

Provides proposal graphics support, collaborates with proposal teams throughout the proposal development process (pre-proposal through submittal) and working closely with the Proposal ManagerApplies senior-level experience and capabilities to creative conceptualization, visual storytelling and solutioning, focusing on image creations, layout and detail for the proposal.Manages competing proposal graphics priorities and deadlines, communicating and tracking progress to completion.Collaborates and communicates consistently and easily with all members of the proposal team (technical leads and SME's, program managers, department leads).Support proposal graphics activities as required according to deadlines and availability of proposal team members.Participate in improvement initiatives.

The "Need-to-Have" Skills & Qualifications:

10 + years of experience as a Senior Proposal Graphics Designer for Federal Government proposals.A proven track record of creating, developing and managing proposal graphics within the federal market ranging from single award and task orders of $5M to $100M+ and including IDIQ's and BPA's.Ability to conceptualize and communicate effectively through collaboration with technical SME's and all of the proposal team, resulting in top-tier, winning proposal graphics.Employs a comprehensive understanding of the Shipley Proposal Process, and industry (APMP) best practicesStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Illustrator), Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), and Adobe AcrobatProfessional Certifications:
