Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Group Product Director, Immunology Portfolio Solutions, Channel Marketing to be located in Horsham, PA.

The Group Product Director for Immunology Channel Marketing is accountable for the leadership and development of channel specific strategies within Health Systems, Supergroups, Infusion Service Providers and In-Office Infusion Suites for the Immunology Portfolio, inclusive of the Gastroenterology, Rheumatology and Dermatology franchises. The candidate will lead a team responsible for portfolio solutions that include developing marketing strategies, shaping economic contracting recommendations, addressing evolving healthcare marketplace needs, designing & gaining approval of promotional materials, monitoring and elevating brand performance and helping to optimize field training for the Integrated Account teams.

This individual will work closely with multiple functions including Brand Marketing, Integrated Account Field Teams, Patient Engagement & Customer Solutions (PECS), Strategic Customer Group (SCG), Field Sales, Medical Affairs, Real World Value and Evidence, and external partners in order to effectively develop and deliver on key access strategies and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, retain and motivate a high-performance marketing team in a fast-paced environment

Develop and execute Channel specific marketing strategies, positioning, messaging and tactics to drive performance of J&J Immunology portfolio products

Ensure strong partnership with Integrated Account Teams (IAT), Peer Marketers and PECS to deliver optimum clinical, operational and economic value propositions for key franchise stakeholders

Work closely with internal partners to translate data into meaningful insights that shape business strategy

Partner closely with the Strategic Customer Group to develop channel specific pricing recommendations and deliver innovation with C&D Suite IAT Stakeholders

Build relationships and work effectively with external agencies and key internal partners to ensure prioritized successful tactical execution

Partner with legal, medical, regulatory, HCC, and CPC partners to obtain approval of marketing and contracting materials

Demonstrate strong strategic and operational planning excellence to ensure proactive and timely cross-functional plans; Responsible for Channel specific Business Plan, tactical channel marketing plan, and management of Channel BME budget

QualificationsEducation:

A minimum of a B.A./B.S. required, An MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

A minimum of 10 years of commercial or related business experience is required, of which at least 5 years of successful Marketing, Account Management or SCG

Minimum 3 years people leadership experience is required

Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of business results, storytelling competencies and a comfort in trying new things.

Ability to influence large/diverse teams without direct authority is required.

Strong verbal, written and executive communication skills are required along with demonstrated presentation skills.

Proven intellectual curiosity and willingness to take prudent risks – appropriately pushing boundaries to drive transformative outcomes

Strategic thinking, accountability, self-starter, and results orientation are required

Must be capable of handling and prioritizing multiple priorities

Preferred:

Experience with managed care, health systems, organized providers, buy and bill models, and/or reimbursement is preferred

Agency/vendor relationship management preferred.

Other:

This position is based in Horsham, PA and may require up to 25% domestic travel.
