YOUR MISSION

Execute visual communication process and directives, including floor sets, Visual Merchandising guides and seasonal guides. Support merchandising initiatives and create consistent PUMA Retail brand environments,Coordinate the timely communication and coordination of ongoing retail store Visual Merchandising Guidelines and environment standards,Assist in execution of dynamic window events/concepts that support and convey current brand initiatives/product stories,Evaluate and assess compliance to PNA Retail visual standards, guidelines and directives and develop regional training seminars to ensure consistent business and brand environments prevail,Effectively communicate with VM PNA in order to ensure Retail projects and initiatives are time managed and critical deliverables are achieved,Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to General Manager, Merchandising and Allocations teams,Responsible for maintaining a safe, healthy and compliant working and shopping environment,Required to comply with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities,Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays; overtime may be required,Manage/communicate and execute all event opportunities in partnership with the Marketing Manager,Manage/communicate and execute all marketing opportunities in partnership with the Market manager,Manage and maintain all sports interactive activation zones within the store,Manage and maintain partnerships with guest artist and residents,Effectively manage all aspects of the permanent customization area within the store to ensure customers receive an outstanding experience.YOUR TALENT

3 - 5 years of visual merchandising coordinating experience,Strong experience in customer service-oriented retail environment (apparel/footwear),Must have multi-disciplinary understanding including design fundamentals for visual presentation, presentation design, visual merchandising and ability to execute floor sets with an attention to detail,Proven ability in project management,Excellent communication skills,Strong interpersonal skills,Computer skills, basic know-how about MS Office programsStrong organizational skills,Time Management,Travel required.The hiring range for this position is $60,000-$65,000/year + Bonus + Benefits(Benefit Summary Full Time)Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.SPEED & SPIRIT is what we look for in our candidates, defined by some simple values that inspire us to BE DRIVEN in our performance, BE VIBRANT in our sporting legacy, BE TOGETHER in our team spirit, and BE YOU to let our individual talent and experience shine.
