We are seeking a skilled and organized Digital Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage multiple projects within our Retail Wireless team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and will be responsible for ensuring the successful planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance our MarTech stack and improve our marketing capabilities. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across different business units.Key Responsibilities:Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders; develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure projects are completed on time and within budgetLead the execution of projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed as per the project plan; monitor project progress, identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomesServe as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications; engage with internal teams, including marketing, IT, and business units, as well as external vendors, to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the project lifecycleIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues. Develop contingency plans and take corrective actions as needed to keep projects on trackCoordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources effectively, ensuring that project tasks are completed by the right people and that the workload is balancedEnsure that all project deliverables meet the required quality standards; oversee testing and validation processes, especially in relation to MarTech tools and their integration with other systemsPrepare and present regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior leadership; provide insights on project performance, milestones achieved, and any deviations from the planConduct post-project evaluations to assess the success of the project, gather lessons learned, and identify areas for improvement in future projectsContinuously review and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness; introduce best practices and methodologies to enhance project delivery

Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field preferredPassion for project management, with a focus on technology or marketing-related projects.Familiarity with Marketing Technology (MarTech) tools and platforms, such as Invoca, LiveRamp, Google Analytics, and Adobe Experience Cloud, is an advantageExperience managing projects involving cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholdersSkills and Qualifications:Strong project management skills, including proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships, facilitate discussions, and resolve conflictsSolid understanding of risk management, budgeting, and resource allocationAbility to analyze data and project performance metrics to drive informed decision-makingStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectivelyHigh degree of initiative and the ability to work independently while ensuring alignment with overall project goalsKnowledge of the retail wireless industry is a plus

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $58,656.00/Year - $78,100.00/YearBenefits
