We are seeking a part-time Microsoft Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team in anticipation of an upcoming award.The Dynamics CRM Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical strategies and solutions for the Dynamics CRM platform and associated .NET and SharePoint applications. This individual leverages deep technical expertise in Dynamics CRM, .NET, and SharePoint to develop and optimize secure, scalable custom, COTS, and SaaS solutions using AGILE/SCRUM methodologies and best practices.US Citizenship is required for this role. In addition, the selected applicant must submit to a government background investigation and be favorably adjudicated before their first day.TCG is pleased to offer remote employment in the following states: AL, AZ, CO, CT, DE, GA, HI, IL, IN, KS, LA, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NC, OH, OR, PA (excluding the City of Philadelphia), SC, TN, UT, VA, WV, and WI.RESPONSIBILITIES:Dynamics CRM and .NET Application Architecture:Designs and oversees the implementation of Dynamics CRM solutions and the architectural framework for existing .NET applications, ensuring they meet current and future business requirements.Develop and document scalable, secure architecture for both Dynamics CRM customizations and .NET applications, focusing on long-term viability and compliance with federal security standards.Ensure SharePoint solutions and integrations are designed and developed to enhance Dynamics CRM and .NET applications, enhancing collaboration and functionality.Solution Development and Implementation:Lead the development efforts, including custom Dynamics CRM solutions and enhancements to existing .NET and SharePoint applications, using Microsoft .NET, C#, and related technologies.Ensure integration strategies are effectively implemented across Dynamics CRM and .NET applications to support seamless business operations and data coherence.Technical Leadership and Strategy:Develop and maintain the overall Dynamics CRM architecture, ensuring it aligns with the customer's business goals and IT strategy.Quality Assurance and Testing:Define and supervise testing protocols for Dynamics CRM solutions and .NET and SharePoint applications to ensure quality, performance, and security standards are met.Maintenance, Support, and Optimization:Provide expert-level support for Dynamics CRM, .NET and SharePoint applications, including regular maintenance, updates, and performance optimization.REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:At least 5 years of professional experience in Dynamics CRM architecture, including custom solution development, system configuration, and complex integrations.Proficient in SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server environments, including PowerShell scripting for SharePoint, and expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), as well as modern site designs.Deep understanding and practical experience with Agile development practices and team leadership.Experience leading or mentoring a team of developers, guiding other engineers, and conducting code reviews.Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including non-technical stakeholders.The ability to contribute quickly to the project.The ability to prioritize and organize efforts in a fast-paced environment.Independent problem-solving skills, strong analytical abilities, creativity, and a customer service-orientated personality.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.Familiarity with Azure services and integration.Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in CRM technology.Certification:
