About the role:
Behind many of life's most important transactions - buying a house, applying for a mortgage, getting a small business loan, or refinancing a credit card - is a network of credit relationships. Setpoint provides critical infrastructure for relationships between the world's largest banks, credit funds and capital markets counterparties. We're building trust in this system of credit. Setpoint also uses this infrastructure to provide collateralized debt facilities to businesses. This role will focus mostly on the lending side of the business.

Work closely with Setpoint's Accounting Manager and accounting team to manage Setpoint's accounting processes and month-end closeTrack and categorize Setpoint's banking activity and perform monthly bank reconciliationsCoordinate with Setpoint's Engineering and Product teams to ensure accurate customer billing and reportingCollaborate with Setpoint department heads to ensure that all expenses are reported timely and categorized appropriatelyInteract with customers and vendors to ensure timely collections and paymentsYou should have:
1-2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar positionExperience in real estate tech or fintech (nice to have)Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsAbility to prioritize appropriately and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentExperience with QuickBooks and NetSuite are preferredExperience with Expensify is a plus
