As a Marketing Coordinator at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you work directly with the Regional Marketing Team on lead generation and strategy. You will help drive sales by writing, designing, coding, and distributing digital marketing messages. You will work alongside sales and marketing team members to develop content ideas, drip campaigns, and constant improvement to our digital marketing efforts.
What you will be doing:
Use of Exact Target to design, gain approval of, and send eblasts to prospects and realtors
Maintain eblast action plans and schedules for coming soon and open communities
Track and share eblast performance results
Carry out internal marketing efforts to support Google My Business Listings and advertising campaigns
Relay ad changes to ad agencies
Ensure compliance with equal housing, payment disclaimers, and Ryan Homes Brand
Proof all Regional Marketing pieces for print/web
Pull ad proofs, targeting & performance data for each ad as needed
Assist with community webpage copy and photos updates to drive traffic and trigger lead actions
Assist with implementing Virtual Community Review (VCR) action items
Complete administrative web changes, including price changes, inventory home information, etc. as needed
Coordinate procurement of product and community videos and photos
Qualified applicants have:
Two to four years of successful email marketing experience
Basic knowledge of HTML and/or experience with Exact Target systems or similar
Demonstrated ability to prepare and distribute reports
Effective oral and written communication is critical to this role with a strength in creative copy
Associate's or bachelor’s degree, preferred
