Reports to: Marketing Sales Support ManagerStatus: Full TimeFLSA: Non-exemptSummaryThe Senior Marketing Sales Coordinator plays a crucial role within the expanding marketing team at Belmark, supporting multiple functions across the department. This role involves the management of brand assets, the tactical execution of projects, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, excellent time management, and a keen attention to detail.Principle Duties & Responsibilities Ownership of internal brand asset management platform and assets within. This includes driving continuous improvement within the processes of asset review and refresh, organization, auditing of assets, onboarding/training of new users, and troubleshooting. Develops and implements a process for final asset collection from all third-party vendors. Completes sending of Belmark content to subscribers and adds to various marketing flows within the CRM. Works with marketing and product management teams to assist in the development of materials for internal teams and customer-facing deliverables for the launch of new products. Collaborates with internal teams to create materials and establish plan for training and communicating updates about existing product offerings and platforms to sales and support teams. Provides leadership and assistance executing special projects. Creates impactful presentations on Belmark products and solutions that will be used in various executions such as internal sales meetings, sales presentations, educational sessions, tradeshows, etc. Acts as backup to Sales Coordinator to fulfill sample requests. Interacts with management and sales on on-going basis. May be required to travel. Responsible to follow all safety procedures as required by the role, and to nurture a food safety culture by adhering to all Safe Quality Foods requirements. May perform other duties as assigned by manager.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required Requires education as is acquired with an Associate degree in related field (Bachelor's preferred), with minimum of four years proven experience. 1+ year experience with CRM applications, HubSpot preferred. Strong presentation and communication skills. Experience in developing marketing content and communications for B2B. Must be able to communicate and provide verbal and written feedback in a professional, clear, and concise manner. Must thrive in a highly collaborative and fast-paced work environment. Must be able to analyze variables and choose the most effective course of action for the organization at any given point in time. Must be a self-starter with the ability to manage multiple, cross-functional projects with aggressive deadlines across multiple business units. Ability to give, receive and analyze information, formulate work plans, prepare written materials, and articulate goals and action plans. Must be a solution-based thinker who pays attention to critical details while maintaining a constant line of sight to the bigger picture. Ability to operate a computer and a variety of standard office equipment. Proficient in all MS Office applications. Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed written and oral instructions. Knowledge of and the ability to effectively utilize the English language. Regular attendance is an essential function of the position. May be required to work some overtime. Good understanding of office management and marketing and sales principles. Must have excellent interpersonal skills. Must be assertive and capable of self-direction and personal goal setting. Requires nearly constant concentration and attention to detail. Ability to: stand and walk for 90% of work time; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl for 10% of work time. Ability to: use hands for 100% of work time; reach above shoulders for 50% of work time; and use feet to operate machines for 30% of work time. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds or less 20% of work time. May lift up to 40 pounds.
