Job Description: Develop and implement multi-channel communication strategies to effectively engage ServiceNow partners and the internal Global Partnerships & Channels audiences. Write and edit a variety of communication materials, including emails, newsletters, event collateral, social media posts, and presentations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create content that aligns with our brand and business objectives. Support partner event initiatives, including demand generation efforts to drive registration, engagement, and follow-up activities. Work closely with the internal Global Partnerships and Channels team to ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in communication and marketing.
Skills : In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, you should have: Strong Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with partners. A can-do attitude, willing to step in and help wherever needed, with no task too big or small. Experience: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, and 3-5+ years of relevant experience. Writing and Editing Skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling content across various mediums. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Suite, Canva, and LinkedIn is a plus. Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Adaptability: Must thrive in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting tight deadlines while delivering high-quality outputs. Experience in a B2B SaaS company: While a background in B2B or partner ecosystems is beneficial, it is not mandatory. Familiarity with specific tools and platforms: While knowledge of tools such as Marketo, SharePoint, and Adobe Analytics is advantageous, it is not essential. Event expertise: While experience in event support is a bonus, candidates do not need to be experts in driving demand for events.
