You'll be a motivated sales professional with 3+ years of experience selling medical devices to hospitals, including the OR, within Alabama. If you're a dynamic sales professional with over 3+ years selling medical devices to hospitals, particularly within the OR, this opportunity awaits you. In this multifaceted role, you'll drive sales development, foster strong customer relationships, and collaborate seamlessly with distributors. Success in this position hinges on your proactive approach to spotting and seizing business opportunities, coupled with an unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. At Molnlycke, we prioritize patient care!You'll make significant contributions in the following areas :Develop new clients and expand business with existing customers through the introduction of new products, presenting product information, explaining product features and distinctions, and so forthWork with Distributor management and Distributor sales representatives to coordinate sales and marketing efforts, expand business opportunities, and increase customer serviceIdentify and resolve customer problems through contact with customer service departmentResponsible for the development of effective customer relations within assigned territory to ensure satisfaction Responsible for sales administration activities such as completing sales paperwork, maintaining customer records, preparing routine expense, sales, and activity reports, assisting with special projects, analyzing individual customer product mix and sales volume, and processing orders

Work/Life Balance:Overnight travel 20-30%Territory includes most of Alabama (Montgomery, Huntsville, Tuscaloosa, Auburn, Birmingham) It does not include southern AL (Mobile, Dothan)

What you'll needBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited college/university3+years of successful Medical Device/Supply experienceWinning attitude to achieve goals, team-oriented and a patient-first mindsetMust hold valid driver's license with a clean driving recordMust be able to obtain & maintain the required credentialing, which may include COVID-19 Vaccinations
