The official start date for this new hire has been scheduled for January, 2025 marking the beginning of their employment with the company.Your RoleThe Manager, Brand Activation plays a crucial role in the development and implementation of the Invesco brand and advertising across our holistic paid media strategy. The objective of this role is to partner with stakeholders in the business, marketing partners, and external agency partners to create advertising campaigns that drive increased awareness and consideration for Invesco products and services in North America and Europe with key clients (including financial advisors and institutions). Based on knowledge of both B2B and B2C engagements, this role will help manage how the benefits of Invesco are expressed across all paid media touchpoints including digital, native content, audio, video, print, and outdoor. They will help create measurable, innovative, audience-first campaigns that will drive the Invesco brand forward.

You Will Be Responsible For:Drive the development and implementation of the brand across Invesco paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA, from strategy to execution.Work closely with brand strategy, GEM and segment marketing partners, and relevant firm stakeholders to develop insight-driven campaign briefs that inspire our agency partners to produce breakthrough paid media programs delivered in impactful, measurable ways.Collaborate with internal creative team and agency partners to develop advertising campaigns, implementing/enforcing the brand standards.Manage the day-to-day execution of campaigns and ensure timely and excellent delivery on scope and expectations, including working with legal and compliance on campaign approvals.Work with the analytics team to develop campaign KPIs, monitor measurement and performance and optimize creative based on program performance. Focus on key insights (eg social listening, client feedback, competitive audits) to continuously seek ways to enhance client engagement metrics.Lead the management and tracking of the Invesco creative campaign budget.Continuously monitoring market trends and competitive landscape to develop and refine story programs rooted in client insights and analytics.Must exude the passion for storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess an enthusiastic willingness to roll up their sleeves to positively influence the client experience and continue to drive engagement with Invesco products and services.

The Experience You Bring:Results oriented marketer with 5-10 years of experience and a proven track record of creating innovative paid media campaigns in North America and EMEA that have driven business results, using data and insights to improve client engagement metrics.Excellent “end to end” project management capabilities from insight to execution. Strong organizational skills and detail orientation.Budget tracking experience.Experience collaborating within a transforming marketing organization, as well as with segment/product marketing, internal creative teams, sales, corporate communications, legal and compliance.Possess an intellectual curiosity that drives strategic thinking and out of the box ideas.Superior communication and influencing skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work in nimble, test and learn, iterative environment, with the ability to make decisions based on analysis and data.Highly collaborative team player who is open minded, flexible and willing to incorporate other people’s opinions.The total compensation offered for this position, which includes salary and incentive pay, will vary based on skills, experience and location. The salary range for this position in New York City the state of California is $110k to $120k annually.Full Time / Part Time
