We have an outstanding Contract position for anInspector to join a leading Company located in theSimi Valley, CAsurrounding area.
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $30.00
Job Responsibilities:
Utilizing standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and thread rings, calipers and micrometers
Processing associated documentation including process tags, rework tags, and nonconforming material documents
Working under direct supervision and in accordance with instructions and techniques
Performing other work-related duties as assigned
Other duties as required
Basic Hiring Criteria:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must have a minimum of 6 months of inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Knowledgeable and skilled in the use of standard mechanical and electrical instruments, functional gauges, and test rigs
Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and inspection instructions
Knowledge of manual product marking systems and automatic systems a plus
Ability to work under direct supervision and to follow written instructions and techniques
Good basic mathematical aptitude is required
