Are you a Seasonal IT Technician who is looking to join one of the top companies in the Election industry?Are you looking to further your career and grow?Do you have technical computer experience with Windows Operating Systems?If you answered yes to those three questions, then apply today!Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Melbourne, FL, Interested?Here's what you'll do:Performs professional and technical work installing, maintaining, and supporting voting equipment, desktop computers and network equipment.End-user hardware and software support in a windows-based environment.Quality control testing of voting equipment.Troubleshoot voting equipment, desktop workstations and related hardware.Work long hours and weekends at peak times.May be assigned to an Early Voting site for onsite IT support.

Required Skills / Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GEDMinimum of 3 years' technical computer experience with Windows Operating SystemsMinimum of 3 years' experience with MS Office SuiteMinimum of 3 years' experience with desktop computer installationPreferred Skills / Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail.Ability to work with minimum direction and as a team player.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Capable of using discretion and judgement in carrying out administrative details.Flexibility/Ability to work with all elections departments effectively to support additional projects and workload as needed.Additional Information:Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.Able to stand for full workdayAble to bend, stoop, reach throughout the workdayAble to lift, push, pull, up to 50 pounds frequently
