What You'll Do:Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region.Responsibilities also include performing the following:
Overseeing projects.Performing technical report reviews.Preparing and reviewing proposals.Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions.
Responsibilities may also include:
Leading and coaching junior staff members.Performing responsibilities at the regional level.
Mentoring Facilities Associate Principals.Participation in the review committee for candidates who seek Associate Principal designation (Facilities).What We're Looking For:For Engineers and Architects, Bachelor or Master of Science in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering. For Professionals with specialized Master-level certification, any Bachelor of Science in Building Construction, Science, Engineering, Architecture, or related is acceptable.Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), or Master-level certification in area of specialization such as Master Code Professional (MCP).
