The Leader, Wholesale Showroom Plumber Partnerships is based in Seattle, Washington and will help drive the overall sales activity and strategy for local market wholesale and plumbing partners. Reporting to the “Sr. Market Leader”, the person in this role will collaborate with key internal stakeholders across all business functions and teams to drive product awareness, service, job specifications, inventory, and execute growth-driving sales strategies across all LIXIL product categories and brands.Key Responsibilities:Identify, pursue, and increase sales and brand loyalty by calling on wholesalers, showrooms, and plumbing partners.Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase existing business.Engage with customers in the development of joint business plans to drive profitability and displace competitive brands.Own local market wholesale, showroom, and plumber relationships.Negotiate rebate structures and purchase agreements.Remove obstacles to sales success and build processes to assist sales.Develop, execute, and monitor business plans including forecasting sales and profit targets.Assist with coordination and attendance at trade shows.Manage own sales budget and maintain discipline to stay within assigned budgets.Promote organization’s products in formal presentations and meetings.Maintain accurate relationship and project details with updates in the project management database (SalesForce CRM).Timely manage and communicate with all parties to ensure successful sales implementation.Coordinate and forecast needs with internal and external stakeholders.Prioritize strategic initiatives and specific sales opportunities.Represent and promote LIXIL Brands through hosting and attending local events.Keep management advised of competitors’ activities.Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth.Minimum Qualifications:2+ years of building materials/construction/commercial projects/showroom sales experience.Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.Strong written and oral communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools including Salesforce.com.Job Type:
