You will apply your deep market knowledge and stay abreast of trends, market shifts, and competitor activities to attract and engage top talent. Your role will involve delivering an exceptional candidate experience by connecting with critical and diverse talent pools. This role will be located onsite, 3-days per week, in our Bedford MA office.Key Responsibilities/Essential FunctionsServe as a strategic Talent Acquisition Partner by actively establishing a collaborative relationship with business leaders by providing recommendations and talent insights using deep technical acuity, market knowledge, and a strong network.Leverage best practices to provide guidance and counsel to hiring managers.Promote agile thinking through a fast, adaptive, and iterative recruiting approach.Work on the complete end to end recruitment process internal clients. Advocate for DEI strategies and constantly look for self and process improvement opportunities.Use business data, technology, and other operational metrics to recommend a diverse pool of candidates to hiring managers and "sell" the company to passive and active talent. Understand internal talent availability and merge with external trends to influence talent strategies.Create a strong partnership with HRBP to consult with the business on a board range of organizational opportunities of critical importance. Offer thought leadership on talent related strategy.Contribute to shaping functional talent acquisition strategy in line with broader HR strategy and prioritization of work. Understand Lantheus' goals and growth drivers to inform recruitment efforts.Represent the company as a trusted professional in the market among the Talent Acquisition community by showing technical expertise.Create an outstanding candidate experience consistent with company values and employee value proposition, and by cultivating long term relationships and sustainable candidate pipeline.Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System.
