We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Analytics Analyst to join our Global People Analytics team. This role involves leveraging data to provide insights into our workforce, helping to shape strategic decisions and improve overall employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, a deep understanding of human behavior, and proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems.Job Description

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.Overall 10-12 years’ experience in Core HR, Compensation, Talent, Goal & Performance Modules with relevant experience in BI tools including OBIEE, OTBI (Mandatory skill), Expert in PowerBI (ideally with PBI Certification), etc. as Developer/supporting.You are meant for this job if:

Proficiency in SAP and Oracle systems, including data extraction and analysis.Possess knowledge in various Oracle BIP feature like Developing RTF using BI Publisher Template Builder & Style sheet, Data Template, Bursting/Archiving & Scheduling Reports, Sub Templates.Hands on Experience: BI Publisher (RTF design/ e-text/ Scheduling/ Parameter Handling/ Bursting/ backup and migration of reports).Depth understanding of Oracle Security Model and permission/access, Custom Role Development and Cloud System Administration services.Bursting of reports using Delivery data sets to SFTP, FTP, HTTP & Email as Delivery Method.Functional knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework.Able to implement RLS on data and understand application security layer models in Power BI. Ability to design PowerBI dashboard using various sources and connect with different FTP Servers.Proficiency with DAX expressions and M language.Ability to create custom Security for PowerBI.Predictive Analysis by using Python & R Language.Skills

Familiarity with HRIS systems and their integration with analytics platforms.Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data, Process design and improvement.Participate in basic review and analysis of business requirements and the configuration, mapping, and management of processes.REQUIRED INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
