Our Digital Video & Audio team is looking for an exceptional designer to help shape the future of video.What You’ll Do

Work closely with a multi-disciplinary team of product partners, designers, engineers, researchers, and users to identify problems and design innovative solutions that will drive impact for the business.Go through an end-to-end design thinking process, from storyboards and user journeys to user validation sessions.Bring your ideas to life with sketches, storyboards, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, or animations.Leverage and contribute to the Adobe Spectrum design system.Facilitate workshops, gather insights from customers, and provide thought leadership.Advocate for the user throughout the entire design process.What You Need to Succeed

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in design or a related field (or equivalent experience) required.0-1+ years of experience in design thinking and prototyping.Proficiency in Figma (or similar product design/prototyping software) and communication tools such as Keynote or PowerPoint.Proficient in fundamental visual & interaction design principles.Passionate about video, audio, and motion design.Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Willingness and ability to contribute to the creative spirit of the Experience Design team.Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $61,600 -- $135,900 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
