3+ years of building machine learning models for business application experiencePhD, or Master's degree and 6+ years of applied research experienceExperience programming in Java, C++, Python or related languageExperience with neural deep learning methods and machine learning2+ experience in leading a team to solve challenging machine learning problems with quantitative approachesExperience in patents or publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journalsExperience with LLM model training, large scale training data curation, training/inference optimizationPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
