Chewy is growing! We are looking for an Associate Director of Product Management to join the Gift Cards team in either our Seattle, Minneapolis, or Boston office. This product leader will own end-to-end product management and business operations for Chewy Gift Cards! You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and other product and business leaders across Chewy, and with our external business partners, to drive continued growth of the business. We are looking for a product leader with a strong sense of ownership and experience delivering impactful customer experiences. Does this sound like you? If so, we would love to hear from you!What You’ll Do:Be responsible for all aspects of the Gift Cards P&L.Be responsible for the roadmap for on-site Gift Cards purchase experiences.Lead external partner relationships, finding agreement and expanding our digital and physical issuance channels.Continuously evaluate measures of success (critical metrics) and customer feedback to track business performance and translate insights into clear requirements for product enhancements and new features.Create business goals and define mechanisms to track performance of Gift Cards; communicate impact clearly across the organization and used to drive prioritization.What You’ll Need:8+ years of product management experienceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceGift Cards industry experience strongly preferred.Experience owning front-end customer experiencesExperience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definitionExperience with end-to-end product delivery and managing tradeoffsAbility to analyze, communicate, and present metrics effectively to support recommendationsStrong writing and verbal communication at the executive levelBonus (if applicable):Experience in eCommerceProficiency in SQL and/or TableauChewy is committed to equal opportunity.
