Title : Lead IT Business Analyst
Type: Full-time
Schedule : 100% onsite
Responsibilities:Work with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements.Develop user stories to communicate business requirements to development/QA teams.Develop business design documents based on business requirements.Work with development/QA teams to help translate the business design into technical design and test approach.Collaborate with development teams during design, development, and testing to make sure deliverables match business requirements.Work with business teams to organize trainings prior to release as needed.Collaborate with other BA team members in defining our product roadmap and release plans.Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Oil & Gas Transportation industry working in Nomination, Distribution and Scheduling business domains.5+ years of IT Business Analyst experience. 2+ years of Product Owner experience is a plus.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in managing application backlog using tools like ADO Jira.Job Requirement
