Join our team to find a purpose-driven career, an inclusive culture, and robust benefits to support your life while you're working to help others.Position OverviewExact Sciences' Marketing Operations team is responsible for empowering teams by providing the structure, processes, and strategic planning necessary to build strong partnerships, drive efficiencies, foster robust collaboration, and achieve strategic goals to drive the success of OneExact Marketing.The Senior Project Manager, Marketing Operations will lead complex marketing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels. You will play a pivotal role in driving project success and achieving organizational goals.Essential DutiesInclude, but are not limited to, the following:Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple high-impact projects. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.Apply project management methodologies and best practices.Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget. Identify project milestones, dependencies, and risks, and create mitigation strategies.Work closely with various departments (e.g., Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales) to ensure seamless execution and integration of project components. Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across teams.Maintain detailed program metrics around initiative goals and communicate progress to key stakeholders.Engage with stakeholders to provide regular project updates, address concerns, and manage expectations. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.Drive positive change management via planning, communications, and relationship management.Make critical decisions based upon a combination of data analysis, experience, and judgement.Listen, influence, negotiate, and mitigate conflict while building relationships achieving desired results.Partner with multiple internal cross-functional teams and successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.Ability to travel 15% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.7+ years of project management experience, including a proven track record of managing complex projects and leading cross-functional teams. Experience in Marketing and/or Digital is a plus.Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Microsoft Project, Jira).Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.Preferred QualificationsStrong experience working with Experience Design teams including UX/UI Design, Copywriting and Content StrategyExperience with Jira or other Agile/Scrum related platforms.Experience with large-scale digital and/or operational transformations.Experience in healthcare, wellness, or digital health.Experience with marketing, product and operations (digital and physical).Experience with both B2C and B2B products and/or services.#LI-KP1

Salary Range:$109,000.00 - $174,000.00The annual base salary shown is for this position located in US - WI - Madison on a full-time basis and may differ by hiring location. In addition, this position is bonus eligible, and is eligible to receive company stock upon hire as well as annually.
