In this role you will also lead our communications strategy, planning and execution for our EE initiative with significant company impact.The Director, Employee Engagement is responsible for:Partnering with cross-functional subject matter experts to help design and execute strategies for how we hire, onboard, develop, motivate, retain and organize work.Supporting our unique performance and promotion review process and talent programs to reduce bias in career advancement.Championing and representing DriveTime’s unique culture and values.Influencing our diversity practices to build out a more diverse workforce.Using data to make our people processes smarter and more efficient.Leading, inspiring and developing your team to deliver results.Managing people processes and controls; identifying gaps and inefficiencies.Creating innovative and engaging HR communications campaigns.Partnering with Total Rewards, Talent Support & Acquisition, HR Technology and HR Business Partners.Consistently applying the voice of HR through easy-to-understand messaging.Creating and managing a communications calendar.So What Kind of Folks Are We Looking for?Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Agile in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work well in a high-functioning team environment.Strong organization and time management skills.Continuous improvement mindset.Exceptional interpersonal skills.Integrity as a core value.The Specifics.BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.5+ years of HR or relevant business partner experience.Demonstrated involvement in developing internal communications strategies.Ability to listen, accept feedback and respond to requests.Examples of partnership and influence with leaders and peers.So What About the Perks?
