Overview:Elevate your career with CHAGEE as a Brand & Communication Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive brand strategy that strengthens CHAGEE’s position in the market. You will manage the calendar of brand marketing initiatives and its go-to-market execution. You will support our brand introduction and store opening along with public relations efforts, develop social media content, cultivate influencer relationships, create strategic partnerships, plan events, and oversee paid media campaigns. Your role will be critical in driving brand awareness, engagement, and growth that will result in bringing traffic into our modern tea house and in building robust brand equity.
What you'll do:Public Relations & PR Agency Management:Develop and implement PR strategies that align with CHAGEE’s brand values and goals.
Manage relationships with our PR agency to ensure effective media coverage and storytelling.
Oversee press releases, media kits, and brand communication for key events and product launches.
Social Media:Create and execute social media strategies that resonate with our audience and enhance brand visibility.
Manage all social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and content.
Use analytics to measure social media performance and adjust strategy accordingly.
Influencer Marketing:Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote CHAGEE and its products.
Develop long-term relationships with key opinion leaders to amplify our reach and brand narrative.
Track and evaluate influencer campaign performance to optimize future partnerships.
Partnerships:Cultivate strategic partnerships with complementary brands, businesses, and organizations.
Identify opportunities for co-branded collaborations and product partnerships that drive brand awareness.
Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual success.
Events:Plan and execute brand activations, sampling pop-ups, and experiential events that engage our target audience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create memorable experiences that align with CHAGEE’s brand identity.
Oversee event promotion through media and influencer channels to maximize exposure.
Paid Media:Develop and manage paid media campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels.
Collaborate with media agencies and internal teams to optimize ad spend and campaign performance.
Analyze and report on the success of paid media efforts to ensure ROI and campaign effectiveness.
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly evolving environment.

Experience you need to be successful:Proven experience in brand management, marketing, and communications, preferably within the food & beverage or lifestyle industry.
Strong expertise in public relations, social media, influencer marketing, and partnerships.
Experience planning and executing successful events that drive brand engagement.
Demonstrated success in managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop innovative and creative strategies to drive brand growth.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
