We combine expert knowledge with industry leading solutions allowing business owners to focus on their core business while building stronger companies.Position Overview:The BBSI HR Generalist II is responsible for successfully assisting BBSI Human Resources Consultants and Payroll Specialists in providing a full range of HR and payroll support to business owners to maximize client management of human capital and positively impact client company success and profitability.Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Area Manager and works in partnership with other positions within the business unit and branch.Duties and Responsibilities:Support internal business unit with necessary administrative functions and oversee delivery of 5-star customer service for clients.Assist Business Partner in gathering renewal data for client renewal meetings and provide system support for renewal billing changes.Process all contracting for current clients including addendums, new state adds and needed documents for governing agencies.Responsible for workers' compensation claims administration overview and interaction with partners at Third Party Claims Administrator and provide back-up for Certifications.Partner with Payroll Specialist and Human Resources Consultants for new client onboarding.At the direction of the HR Consultant, develop HR policies, procedures and programs to meet the business owner needs laid out in the client plan of action.At the direction of the HR Consultant, assist with preparation and administration of HR guidance, system set-up, training, and document support for clients.Provide HR consultation and deliverables to small and mid-sized businesses.At the direction of the Payroll Specialist, back-up payroll for select clients and serve as payroll liaison to client contacts.Responsible for continued self-development of HR and payroll knowledge with mentoring from HR Consultant and Payroll Specialist.Core Traits/Competencies:Results oriented, accountable and highly organizedStrong client service orientationCommitment to team collaboration and serving othersDetail and process orientedResponsive to deadlines and sense of urgencyUnderstanding of economic environment and effect on businessBusiness owner empathyInnately curiousHighly ethicalSpecial Requirements:Ability to complete high-volume workload, meet critical deadlines and work through constantly changing priorities with enthusiasmExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIntermediate level knowledge of all MS Office applicationsConfidence working with multiple systems and programs simultaneouslyPossession of a valid driver's license with valid automobile insurance meeting BBSI criteriaWilling to travel via automobile roughly 30% of time - primarily local, with some overnight possible.Qualifications:A minimum of 3-5 years of HR, Operations and/or payroll related experienceAdditional operations or business experience is a plusDemonstrated ability to write, develop and deliver documents and electronic communication to individuals and groups at all levels of an organizationFor individuals with these requirements, this position offers:The stability of working for a publicly traded, growth-oriented companyPhenomenal work environment where we work hard, have fun, promote growth and development, and build great relationships with solid business professionalsOpportunity to impact the success and growth of client companies and BBSIKnowledge that you are working for a results-oriented organizationExperience interacting with professionals in multiple industriesSalary and Other Compensation:The pay range for this position is $36.06-$43.27 per hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography, skills, education, experience, certifications and other qualifications of the candidate. This position is also eligible for incentive pay in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan.Benefits:
