SUMMARY OF JOB :Responsible for servicing the bank's loan portfolio including imaging loan files into the FIS Image Centre system, creating and maintaining original loan files, inputting and on-going updating of collateral ticklers and processing paid loans. Support lending staff, branch personnel and loan admin staff in a professional manner to ensure quality customer service. Coordinate all applicable documentation to ensure loan files are complete and compliant per company policies and procedures. Perform all duties in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations and internal policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :Responsible for imaging loan files into the FIS Image Centre system in accordance with the Federal and State laws and regulations and internal policies and procedures.Responsible for inputting and maintaining collateral ticklers to ensure tickler reports are accurate and up to date.Process paid loans within regulatory timelines.Handle branch inquiries as they relate to imaged loan files, collateral ticklers and paid loans.Maintain current knowledge and follow all bank financial and security regulations and procedures.Embody, embrace, and demonstrate InBank's Core Values: Commitment, Innovation, Responsibility, Teamwork, Happiness, and Authenticity.Other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS : (Identify the minimum education, experience required to perform the job.)Education: High School Diploma or EquivalentWork Experience: Preferably 1+ years of experience in teller, new accounts, or loan processing but not required.Supervisory Experience: N/ALicenses/Accreditations: None requiredComputer Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; 10-Key by touch is preferableOther Requirements: Detail-oriented; decision-making capabilities. Must be able to use fingers, hands, and wrists for repetitive tasks such as typing, using a mouse, handling paper, and operating a telephone.Preferred Skills/Experience: Strong attention to detail and accuracy; professional and courteous communication skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCustomer Service: Strong emphasis on excellent internal customer service skills; ability to work effectively with both internal and external contacts. Maintains confidentiality in handling customer and bank information.Financial: Familiarity with financial terms and practices; mathematical calculationsAdministrative Duties: N/AAutonomy: Discretion for recognizing and minimizing risk to the bank.Employees Supervised: N/ABudget Responsibility: N/A
The applicant who is selected for this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Targeted hiring range based on experience: $26 - $29 hourly.
