Essential FunctionsYou will leverage industry and Visa data, market research, best practices, etc. to gather and synthesize deep audience insights and deliver relevant recommendations to clients and stakeholdersYou will develop strategic project proposals to engage clients in Visa Marketing ServicesYou will present sales pitches, client updates, campaign results and more to an executive audience.You will work cross-functionally across Marketing, Visa Consulting and Analytics, Sales, Product and Innovation teams to deliver as One VisaYou will design and oversee the successful execution of integrated B2C and B2B campaign activations, across multiple channels, including digital, social, OOH, experiential/event and point-of-saleYou will coordinate communication with sales, legal, product, creative, sponsorship, experiential and media agencies and implement high-impact programs on-time and on-budgetYou will optimize Visa Consumer and Commercial Marketing platforms and initiatives for ClientsYou will leverage Visa's iconic sponsorship platforms (NFL, Olympics, FIFA World Cup), as appropriate, to achieve client and Visa's objectivesYou will lead the measurement, analysis, and reporting of marketing program performance and its impact on business resultsYou will support new business development, RFPs and renewals as the business demandsYou will develop and manage marketing contractsYou will develop and manage Value Added Services Revenue forecast for key clientsYou will oversee budget management and financial discipline for all campaignsYou will lead a team of one Marketing ManagerThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhDYou have significant experience in marketing in the financial services or payments sector, working in a fast-moving, complex environment.10 or more years business experience, with majority in marketing, advertising or consulting roles, strong experience in client and account managementYou have solid experience in B2C and B2B marketing and strategic partnership development, payments experience is highly preferredYou demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, critical thinking, project management and problem solving skillsYou have exceptional teambuilding and relationship-building skills and experience in leading through influenceYou have prior experience in managing creative, experiential, event, media, and social and digital agency partnersYou have experience activating sponsorships to drive business resultsAbility to generate and manage work-back timelines and navigate risks and obstaclesAbility to work effectively with partners in complex, matrixed organizationsYou have strong executive presence, excellent written and verbal communication skillsYou are proficient on all Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and OutlookAdvanced level PowerPointAdditional Information

Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
