Leverage analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for maximum impact.Segmentation and Personalization:
Develop targeted email campaigns based on member preferences, demographics, and behavior to deliver personalized experiences.Marketo Expertise:
Demonstrate proficiency in Marketo or similar marketing automation platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, operations, and other teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless customer journeys.Budget Management:
Oversee digital and direct mail touchpoint budgets, ensuring they align with marketing goals and financial constraints.Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement in existing marketing campaigns and develop innovative solutions to drive results.Qualifications:
Marketing Experience:
3+ years of experience in email marketing, with a strong understanding of best practices and industry trends.Automation Knowledge:
1-3 years of hands-on experience with Marketo or comparable marketing automation software is a significant advantage.Data-Driven Mindset:
