Senior Accountant

CV Resources has partnered with a financial services client based in Los Angeles in search for a Senior Accountant. The individual will be responsible for daily general ledger reconciliation, cash reconciliation, month-end closing procedures, and daily operational tasks.ResponsibilitiesDaily general ledger and cash reconciliations using Excel.Assist with monthend/year-end closing procedures.Assist with the preparation of monthly financial comparatives for corporate reporting.Preparation of amortization/depreciation schedules.Weekly bank reconciliations of all operating bank accounts.Daily cash requirement calculation.Initiate daily ach and wire transfers.Send, receive, and post funds through intercompany transactions.Reconciling intercompany transactionsAccounts payable involving reviewing and processing invoices and issuing payments via check, ach, and wire.Accounts receivable involving applying check, ach, wire, and intercompany payments within the servicing system.Process NSF payments daily.Other duties as assigned.PandoLogic.
