What you will be doing:
Provides comprehensive nursing care and support to terminally ill patients within their homes or facilities.Coordinates interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.Educates and supports families on end-of-life care and assists with advanced care planning.Advocates for patients' comfort and dignity, often collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Skills you need:
RN licenseHospice Experience
