We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Director of Sales to lead Loan Vision’s growth initiatives and elevate our presence in the mortgage and financial services industries. This role demands a dynamic leader who can drive revenue growth by leading a high-performing sales team, optimizing our sales processes, and developing a robust network of referral partnerships. The Director of Sales will be responsible for shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy, guiding the team to exceed ambitious revenue targets, and ensuring the consistent delivery of Loan Vision’s value proposition to both prospective and existing clients. This individual will work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and other senior leadership to align sales efforts with broader company goals. A key aspect of the role will be managing and expanding Loan Vision’s existing referral partnerships, which are crucial to driving lead generation and sales. The Director of Sales will nurture and deepen relationships with current partners while actively identifying and securing new referral opportunities that align with our target markets—independent mortgage banks, depository institutions, and other key players in the mortgage industry. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Provide ongoing training, support, and performance feedback to ensure the team’s success.Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.Foster a collaborative and high-performance sales culture.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with marketing initiatives.Identify new sales opportunities and work with the team to drive these opportunities through the sales pipeline.Ensure adherence to CRM best practices, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client interactions.Leverage CRM data to produce actionable insights and guide sales strategy and forecasting.Manage and nurture existing key referral partnership relationships to maximize lead generation and revenue opportunities.Identify and build new referral partnerships that align with Loan Vision’s growth objectives.Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive mutual success and long-term collaboration.Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and partnership success.Provide insights and recommendations to the CRO and other senior leaders based on data analysis and market trends.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, customer success, and marketing, to ensure alignment with company goals.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining a strong professional presence.Experience:

5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in SaaS or financial softwareExperience in managing and developing referral partnerships preferredExperience in MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and SalesforceProven track record of leading a successful sales team and achieving revenue targets.Proven track record of success in a high volume/transactional sales environment.Educational Requirements:#J-18808-Ljbffr
