Senior Finance Manager, Manufacturing FP&A

is the central finance person within North America manufacturing supporting the Associate Director and Sr Director to provide broad business and financial counsel to the Head of Manufacturing/ZTE and Head(s) of Supply Chain (TMS, M&C, AFH/KHI, H&D, CANAC). The Sr Manager manages an HQ analyst that support in the consolidation and synthesis of manufacturing forecasts, budgets, and analysis. This team contributes to the achievement of performance objectives via preparation, analysis and reporting of forecasts, month-end results as well as providing business advice and council to factory strategies. This role is a critical member of manufacturing as it is in the unique position, along with the Associate and Sr Director of Manufacturing Finance, to have visibility to and understanding of the entirety of the function.What’s on the menu?Responsible for consolidation, review, and presentation of all finance activities for manufacturing, including development of long and short-range business plans, financial forecast, and financial reporting for 30+ North America sites.Partner with +30 plant finance teams (+100 FTE's) to develop forecasts, standardized reporting, and complete ad hoc analysis for senior leadership.Work cross-functionally to accurately assess Capex ROIs.Support Capex Team stakeholders on complex projects.Responsible to work cross-functionally with different teams for Central Manufacturing Package control and forecasting.Lead Digital Transformation for manufacturing reporting and financial KPI's.Assist in the AOP process for North America Manufacturing partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in Operations, Commercial, HR, and Finance.Serves as the strategic financial advisor to ZTE (Zone Technical Excellence) functional leads and assures that financial targets are met with identification of business opportunities and risks.Influences business decisions and oversees processes to ensure proper controls are maintained.Generates business performance forecasts, reports finance actuals, and ensures appropriate contingencies are in place to address business risks.Lead and develop indirect reports.Enhance the financial acumen of business partners.Recipe for Success – apply now if this sounds like you!BS in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration required; MBA preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.Strong business acumen, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Ability to influence cross-functional team members.Strong Technical and Systems orientation.Motivated self-starter who can effectively work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.Possesses the ability to lead teams and effectively work through others.Team player who manages collaboratively with the ability to influence management, in some cases without authority.Exhibits strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.Location(s)
