DEVELOPMENT & EVENTS DIRECTOR

The Legal Clinic (TLC), a Honolulu, Hawaiʻi-based nonprofit organization, is seeking candidates for a full-time development and events director position. TLC’s mission is to ensure justice for low-income immigrants and migrants in Hawaiʻi, through high-quality immigration legal services, education, and advocacy. TLC serves clients throughout the state of Hawaiʻi, with a staff of ten. This full-time position is based in Honolulu, with a hybrid work-onsite and work-from-home environment.Responsibilities:Plan & run fundraising events (annual Pau Hana included)Manage donor relations & communicationsSupport leadership in donor cultivation & developmentIncrease public awareness through marketing & social mediaDevelop annual reports & track fundraising progressQualifications:Nonprofit event planning & fundraising experience (Hawaii preferred)Strong communication & interpersonal skillsCommitment to immigrant rightsCRM & social media proficiencyBenefits:Competitive salary ($65k-$90k) with benefits packageFlexible schedule & positive work environmentOpportunity to make a real impactTo Apply:
