This position will develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, consideration, and conversion. This Marketer position will support Member Recruitment. This role will also have responsibilities for building and executing effective sales enablement marketing materials, optimizing marketing toolkits, and amplifying enterprise marketing campaigns. This position can be hybrid or remote (US). #LI-Hybrid #LI-RemoteCheck out our video Saving Lives: It's the Best Job EverACCOUNTABILITIES:Develop, execute, and evaluate marketing plans.Including all aspects of the campaign execution: content creation, channel management, performance measurement and reporting.Optimize consumer experiences through campaigns and tactics.Serve as a key marketing contact for the Member Recruitment team.Collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team to influence prioritized marketing campaign plans and execution.Understands and interprets company branding standards.Strong attention to detail.Other duties as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of:Business to consumer marketingLeveraging strategies, insights, and campaigns to effectively market to diverse audiences.Modern integrated marketing practices and techniques, including how to leverage key channels to achieve results (e.g., paid, earned, owned)Project management principles, advanced oral and written communication skills, and informal influencing skills, since this role does not formally lead any other team membersWriting strategic briefs for marketing programs and presenting strategy decks to leadership and teams at all levels of an organizationIntermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office software like PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelAbility to:Deliver on our organizational pillars: Accelerate Progress, World Class Partner, and Expand AccessThink critically while leveraging strong problem-solving skillsEnsure all marketing campaigns and content are in line with brand standards, authentic, inclusive and supportive of the target audienceCommunicate efficiently and effectively across departments to develop brand awarenessMonitor, understand and analyze campaign success.Build effective relationshipsTravel - approximately 5%Education and/or Experience:Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.2-4 years of marketing experiencePreferred Qualifications: (Additional qualifications that may make a person even more effective in the role, but are not required for consideration)Experience in a matrixed/multi-department organizationExperience in nonprofit/healthcareDEI COMMITMENT:As part of our values, we are committed to supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion at NMDP.
