As the Strategic Development and Pricing Manager, this position is responsible to provide support to the Area as supply chain solutions subject matter expert in sales pursuits, solutions creation, training and product development. You will be responsible for proactively driving initiatives that add to the product GP in the Area. As well as, work closely with the supply chain solution teams globally, opportunity managers, solution engineers, vertical heads, commercial and program management organization where required. This role will act as a solutions focal point for your region's business pursuit, ensuring necessary services and solutions are provided; ensuring optimum margins through informed decisions on cost and pricing; and support NAM & global solution initiatives as necessary.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the cold chain solutions subject matter expert to support the business where needed with best practices on operational set up and capabilities including interaction and onsite visits with customersDrive regional solution product development and system enhancement initiatives based on North America customer / market requirements as well as productivity improvement initiativesKeep informed on area/ regional / global cold chain solution projects and products in order to provide support as necessary across international and domestic supply chain managementExplore ideas and avenues for growing cold chain solutions revenue by introducing new services, understanding current market gaps and needs or supporting global efforts to land new businessWork with global solution management teams and commercial heads (CCOs, vertical heads) to ensure proper product coverage and strategic approach for the 'must-win' pursuitsEnsure new NAM & global rollouts are made available to all Regional teams and provide strategic support and training for the regionProvide assistance for existing and prospective solutions clients where required and work closely with origins and other Areas and Regions to optimize global profitability and decision making for delivering the outlined financial results.Performs other position related duties as specified by management.Required experience & skillsEducation & Technical CertificationHigh school degree, BA in related field preferredExperience8 to 10 years of International Supply Chain Management experience requiredA strong execution minded individual with proven account management and commercial skills, good judgment and strong operational understanding including an understanding of systemsUnderstanding of supply chain fundamentals associated with global logisticsAbility to make decisions in the absence of managementExcellent communication and problem solving skillsA well organized and self-directed individual who is a team player with a collaborative mindsetSelf-motivated, who can complete tasks without supervisionStrong analytical skillsAbility to train, coach, evaluate and mentorStrong and current knowledge of technology platforms, MS Office products, and ability to quickly adapt to new software.Pay Range:

$95,000 - $115,000 USD*Benefits:

Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location.
