Intelletec has partnered with a mission-driven firm building a next-generation ML Data Intelligence platform for Unstructured data (NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI).Responsibilities:Lead ML Research organization utilizing your strong background in advanced machine learning research, particularly in the area of LLMs.Responsible for shaping and executing research strategy, managing and building a team of top ML research scientists.Oversee and contribute to research projects focusing on advanced language models.Drive the publication of high-impact research papers and represent the firm at conferences and industry events.Mentor and grow the ML research org and collaborate with junior and senior team members.Experience:6-10 years of experience in cutting-edge machine learning research, with a strong track record of leading ML and LLM innovation.Proven experience in leading and managing research teams of 5-10 scientists.Experience working within reputable research organizations.A strong publication record in top-tier machine learning conferences and journals.Ph.D. or MS in Computer Science, Machine Learning strongly preferred.Seniority level:
