A health services organization in New York City is currently seeking a new Salesforce Architect to join their growing Information Technology Department in a Remote capacity. In this role, the Salesforce Architect (Remote) will be responsible for spearheading efforts to adapt and utilize Salesforce by providing support to business operations.

Responsibilities:

The Salesforce Architect (Remote) will:Provide leadership in the overall Salesforce architecture, application design and development of the systemBuild solutions on Salesforce that are secure, scalable, and meet the business requirementsEnsure that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practicesEnsure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire productDesign documentation and best practice methodologiesCreate & deliver, in a timely and accurate fashion, CRMs and workflow solutions using Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity and J2EE technologiesOrganize the process for successful project delivery to the end usersPlan and manage the application deployment using Azure CD/CI pipelineReview Salesforce capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within SalesforceStudy existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as requiredOversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to the specificationsPerform other duties, as neededRequirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field10+ years of professional experience, including full-cycle software development5+ years of experience in leading Salesforce solution design, system administration, and integration with platforms using Web Methods, Web Services, and SSODeep understanding of Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, ) and development tools such as Salesforce/Apex, Visualforce, Vlocity, and J2EE technologiesExtensive experience with Salesforce's Web Services, APIs (REST API, SOSL, SOQL), and security modelExpertise in process analysis, workflows, page layouts, roles, profiles, reports, and dashboards within SalesforceSkilled in architecting and implementing solutions within the Salesforce PortalSalesforce certifications required: Advanced Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder, and Omnistudio ConsultantStrong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework, content versioning, and Agile methodologyProficient in database design with hands-on experience using Microsoft SQL Server (latest version) and a focus on T-SQLExcellent analytical skills to assess and develop efficient programming solutions for business challengesFamiliar with ServiceNow platformDesired:Masters DegreeExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesExperience working with Marketing and Customer Service teams in the healthcare industry
