JOB OBJECTIVES

As

Digital Project Manager , the successful candidate will play an integral role in playing a crucial role in driving and coordinating our digital marketing initiatives at Human Appeal USA. This position is central to the successful execution of a wide range of digital projects and campaigns, ensuring that all moving parts come together seamlessly to achieve our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in digital and exceptional project management expertise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Comprehensive Project Coordination & Management:Lead the end-to-end management of digital marketing projects, encompassing everything from initial concept development to final execution and delivery.• Develop detailed project plans that include clearly defined objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, and risk management strategies.• Implement and maintain rigorous project tracking systems to monitor progress, manage resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.• Serve as the central hub of communication, facilitating the flow of information between internal teams (content, social, branding, data, strategy) and external stakeholders (agencies, contractors).• Conduct regular project status meetings with all stakeholders to provide updates, discuss potential roadblocks, and re-align project objectives as necessary.• Ensure all projects are aligned with organizational goals and marketing strategies, adjusting as needed to keep projects on track.

Advanced Campaign Management:

Oversee the full lifecycle of marketing campaigns, from planning and creative development to execution, monitoring, and optimization.• Work closely with media, creative, and production teams to ensure all campaign components are well-coordinated and deliver strategic objectives.• Develop and implement processes for integrating diverse campaign elements, such as creative assets, media placements, analytics, and reporting.

Sophisticated Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate extensively with global teams at HQ and other regional offices to ensure that US projects are supported with all resources needed from various global teams.• Act as a bridge between different departments, ensuring smooth communication, clear understanding of project goals, and seamless integration of project deliverables.• Work closely with the Director of Digital Marketing to ensure that all projects align with broader marketing strategies and organizational goals.Lead the orchestration of complex, multi-faceted projects that involve diverse teams and stakeholders, ensuring that all components come together to create a unified, successful outcome.Exemplary Quality Assurance & Process Improvement:• Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to ensure that all project deliverables meet or exceed the organization's high standards for quality and consistency.• Conduct post-project reviews to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, applying lessons learned to future projects.• Develop and refine project management processes and methodologies to improve efficiency, reduce risks, and enhance overall project outcomes.

Strategic Resource Management & Vendor Relations:• Manage and optimize the allocation of internal and external resources, ensuring that all projects are adequately staffed and resourced.• Cultivate strong, productive relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring they deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.• Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners, ensuring favorable terms that align with organizational objectives.• Oversee the onboarding and management of freelancers, agencies, and contractors, providing clear guidance and expectations.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

EDUCATION/EXPERTISE:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Project Management, or a related field. A master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in project management within digital marketing or a closely related field.

Advanced Project Management Skills:• Proficient in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project), with a deep understanding of how to apply these in a digital marketing context.• Strong ability to develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, identifying risks, setting milestones, and managing budgets.• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.• Expertise in risk management, including identifying potential risks, developing mitigation strategies, and navigating challenges to keep projects on track.• Skilled in change management, able to adapt project plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances or new information.• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on proactive identification and resolution of issues before they impact project outcomes.

Deep Digital Marketing Expertise:• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels, including paid media, SEO, content marketing, social media, video, web development and analytics.• Strong understanding of campaign management, including the coordination of creative development, media planning, engineering and performance tracking.

Interpersonal & Communication Skills:• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to many stakeholders.• Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and managing relationships with external partners.• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and external partners, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:• Visual acuity to use a keyboard and view a computer terminal. Requires good hand-eye coordination, arm, hand and finger dexterity, including ability to grasp.• May require ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; or the ability to stand and walk.• Ability to occasionally lift, carry and/or move light to medium weight up to twelve (12) pounds and/or exert up to twelve (12) pounds of force.

Recovering lost livelihoods for vulnerable farmers in Gaza by planting 80,000 olive trees since 1991. The farming project provides each farmer with 30-40 prime olive trees so they can establish a vibrant, sustainable crop that yields not just food but income for generations.

Restoring safe and secure residential spaces in Syria, like the construction of a new town with 1,000 newly constructed homes in Al Zahoor.
