West Coast Trial Lawyers, a downtown Los Angeles law firm, seeks an experienced Litigation Attorney for our personal injury department with 4+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working as an attorney in a personal injury civil litigation department, performing the following tasks:Defending and taking depositionsResponsible for managing their own casesTrial prep and trialsMaking court appearancesLaw and Motion draftingLegal writing and researchDrafting correspondenceSummarizing and/or propounding discoveryDrafting notices and objectionsInteracting with clientsDefending and taking expert depositionsRequired qualifications:Personal injury experience4+ years of experience litigating personal injury casesStrong legal research and analysisGeneral knowledge of California Civil ProcedureTaking and defending expert depositionsCompensation includes a base salary, a percentage of attorney fees recovered, and bonuses. $300,000+ depending on performance.
