You will work collaboratively with Data Analysis Leads, Tech teams, and other Stakeholders as needed on tasks using a range of data sources and analytic tools to support critical business initiatives. You will partner with Operations Managers and leaders to track key metrics and support day-to-day management of business needs. You will manage and monitor processes to ensure they are followed correctly and contribute to ongoing process refinement.Responsibilities of this role may include:Create new report/dashboards as well as deploying enhancements to existing reports/dashboardsCreate basic data scriptsAssist with data ecosystem and infrastructure enhancementsPerform and administrate release managementManage reports and dashboards for Leaders/Stakeholders to track key metrics and support day-to-day management of the businessModify data scripts necessitated by changes in upstream/downstream environmentsRun and manage existing data production jobs while providing quality oversight on timely and accurate deliveryContribute towards User Acceptance Testing for new data sourcesRun the data product Governance process for the teamDay-to-day oversight of multiple processes: monitor, report, and plan process improvement or redesign initiatives; define, establish, and manage process controls; identify process improvement opportunities and implement them through collaboration with other groups.Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership and executives; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.Resolve complex problems or transactions, where expertise is required to interpret against policies, guidelines or processes; escalate breakdowns in the process by asking the right questions and identify/involve the right stakeholders to correct breakdowns.Work from Home Technology Requirements

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 1 year experience in SQL programming and VisualizationAt least 1 year of experience in Process management or Project managementPreferred Qualifications:

Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations.Remote (Regardless of Location): $74,000 - $84,400 for Sr. Data Process ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
