Senior Marketing Technology Analyst

to join our talented Information Technology team. The position offers growth, flexibility, and a collaborative work environment.In this position, you should have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels. Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment are essential. Most importantly, demonstrate a high level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.How you’ll create opportunities in this Senior Marketing Technology Analyst role:Support day-to-day usage and operations of tools in the MarTech stack.Manage oversight of data quality and mappings between systems, proactively making improvements and troubleshooting discrepancies.Partner with Marketing Technology Manager, Business Product Owner, and CRM team on the development and evolution of process standardization.Collaborate with CRM Analysts on data enrichment and hygiene projects, bringing expertise on how the tools in the stack can support.Ensure alignment with the Marketing Automation team on the Sales funnel, executing a process for tracking and reporting.Align business requirements to features & functionality of tools, proactively looking for improvements.Troubleshoot issues regarding access, functionality, and synchronization of integrations.Maintain technical/functional documentation and training for end users.Partner with PowerBi Analyst and Business Champions on developing and refining growth-focused dashboards for enterprise-wide use.Maintain licensing by aligning allocation per user persona, always monitoring capacity limits.Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices, providing recommendations on improvements.What you will need:5 years of relevant experience

Experience with various sales and marketing technologies, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, marketing automation, and sales enablement tools.
