The Account Manager serves as the primary liaison between the company and its clients for both new projects and existing accounts. You will be the principal point of contact for the company within new prospects and existing accounts. The Account Manager is responsible to ensure overall customer satisfaction, retention rates, quality service delivered, contract profitability, and continued business growth within the company's strategic plan. Focus on selling and managing a mixture of service agreements, quoted repairs, and larger replacement and improvement projects.Key Responsibilities:Develop new client relationships and business opportunities within targeted vertical markets and geographic regions as directed by sales management.Collaborate with sales, administrative, and field operations teams to handle estimates, write proposals, manage vendors, oversee contracts, and ensure the successful execution of work orders and service agreements.Generate leads for larger retrofit or modernization projects in partnership with sales management and project managers.Analyze the scope, complexity, schedule, and resource requirements of potential sales opportunities to ensure alignment with the company's capabilities and business plans.Schedule and conduct regular customer visits with both new and existing clients, participate in job walks, building surveys, and client site visits.Build strong relationships internally and externally across the organization.Utilize and maintain customer activity records in the company's CRM system.Participate in contract and work-in-progress review meetings.Represent the company at industry and social events.Collaborate with service administration and field operations throughout the contract lifecycle.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or Construction Management preferred but not required.5 years of experience in facilities services or specialty MEP contracting, with a focus on design, sales, and project management.Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and task management skills to handle a high volume of issues effectively.Compensation and Benefits:Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 to $120,000 per year.Quarterly bonuses based on performance.Car allowance of $650 per month.Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plans, and more.
