Overview:Lead a team of Program Managers and Senior Managers to grow and manage the teammate agreement and contracts with one of our partners. Responsible for strategic direction and overall P&L performance in addition to decision-making and people management. Establishes overall direction and adherence to company processes, policies, and systems. Establish and maintain close relationships with customers, industry teammates and functional partners.Responsibilities:Develop a vision, strategy and associated tactics for the assigned contracts that drives growth and operational excellence.Lead the current business portfolio to achieve operational excellence, high customer satisfaction, maximization of revenue and profitability, high staff retention and continued growth.Direct all phases of programs from inception through completion.Drive program execution to achieve key business and financial objectives for orders, revenue recognition, operating income, and free cash flow for new, and current programs.Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs.Provide leadership to business development activities including strategic business planning, new business forecasting and strategic capture.Conduct reviews & coordinate approvals of major bids and proposals to ensure success through opportunity, risk, and financial analysis.Translate strategic priorities into operational reality by aligning communication, accountabilities, resource capabilities, internal processes, and ongoing measurement systems.Establish, grow and maintain close customer relationships, participate in the marketing and sales process, and actively promote the organization’s capabilities and strengths; ensure that customer perspective is a driving force behind business decisions and activities.Drive high standards for individual, team, and organizational accomplishment through teamwork and empowerment; tenaciously work to meet or exceed challenging goals and foster continuous improvement.Manage a team of Program Managers, Senior Managers, and other Program Management Office Personnel.Qualifications:Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience.Must be willing to travel domestically up to 25%.Experience managing program budgets of $100 million or larger.P&L experience.Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.Agile Certification.Experience as Program Manager for DoD large program (>$25M annual revenue).Pay Range:
