The Product Transformation team is responsible for uplifting the product management discipline and enabling more effective product development across Visa. As our organization continues to grow and evolve, we are seeking a talented leader to help drive organizational change across our product portfolios. You will help lead the organization towards a more customer-centric model for delivering products and focus on developing standards and processes to improve Visa’s ability to operate. You’ll help enable the organization to design, build, and ship fit-for-purpose products at an accelerated rate. Your focus will be on designing, developing, implementing, and continuously improving the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) framework across the company. It will be essential to partner with a multitude of cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, ops, finance, pricing, risk, technology, client services, sales) to align on and incorporate product management practices that drive behavior changes for the organization.Responsibilities:Establish relationships with key stakeholders across product, technology, and enterprise functions, and develop advocates across Visa to advance product transformation objectives including the adoption of the product lifecycle.Lead discussions in strategic planning, facilitate decision making, and execute to reach our objectives.Evangelize the vision, mission, and objectives and gain support from leaders across the organization.Consult on Product Management best practices including product discovery and delivery.Design, implement, and continuously improve the Product Lifecycle Management framework.Engage with partners across multiple functions to pressure test the PLM framework, gather feedback, and produce recommendations to improve.Partner with product managers and product operations teams to implement the PLM framework and drive adoption.Be a subject matter expert across the PLM framework – train and coach the organization on the processes and best practices.Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective management of expectations.Drive strategic projects to increase transparency, operational effectiveness, communication, and collaboration (e.g., PLM dashboard).Lead the central PLM team to deliver enhancements of PLM across Visa.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Basic Qualifications:• 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD.Preferred Qualifications:• 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a PhD.• Natural intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities.• Executive presence and ability to clearly communicate compelling messages to senior level executives.• Proficiency in agile development frameworks, Visio and PowerPoint.• Comfort with ambiguity and constant change.• Experience developing reports that drive business decisions.• Must work well in highly collaborative, matrixed and team-oriented environment.• Excellent interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communications skills - capable of developing well-structured communications and presentations.• Strategic and analytical ability to synthesize and organize data/information into actionable recommendations with clear customer and shareholder impact.• Collaborative - You can drive decisions and build coalitions across different teams independently.• Proven experience in product management or implementing a product lifecycle.• Proven experience in management consulting or a similar role.• Proven experience driving organizational change at a large company.Work Hours:

.00 to 213,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
