Calabasas, CA - HybridResponsibilities and Duties
Understand customers' business needs and requirements.Analyze business requirements of assigned customers and/or project(s).Ability to do hands-on design & configuration of Oracle EBS Financial / Oracle Cloud modules on the functional side.Application Support, Maintenance, Enhancements for Oracle Financials.Gather, analyze requirements for enhancements and development.Liaison with Client team & business and offshore support team.Prepare support documents, MD50/MD70 for enhancements/Developments.Participate in Change Management discussion in CAB meetings.Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering or equivalent working experience.Minimum of 7-8 years of experience with Oracle Financials modules.Experience with at least 4-5 end-to-end Oracle EBS Financials implementations.Ability to interact with CFO/Accounting Controllers.Hands-on experience with GL, AR, AP, FA modules. Oracle Projects knowledge is preferred.Demonstrated experience as a senior resource assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs), functional configuration, testing, and client user training.Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.Good communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.
