In this role, you will:

Work with business subject matter experts and technical teams to gather project needs and translate them into functional and technical documentation.Be a general liaison between business and technical teams.Support Product Managers and other team members with writing, coordinating, finalization, and prioritization of User Stories and other functional documentation.Support testing activities as senior functional SME and ensure testing scope is aligned to approved requirements.Support the testing team in identifying the data setup required for test cases.Support business operations by authoring project artifacts documenting future state people, processes, and technology.Understand the SDLC and business process and represent business needs in solution sessions.Develop process flows, reference manuals, training material, and other technical documents as needed. Mentor other business analysts on best practices for business analysis.

Who You Are:

10+ years of professional experience within a BA functionExperience writing user stories, creating acceptance criteria, stand-ups, product review sessions, backlog grooming meetings, retrospectives, sprint planning processes, and automated testing processes.Previous top-tier management consulting experienceWe create unmatched experiences for clients and employees. You should revel in doing the unexpected and extraordinary for others.A learning mindset, ready to experience new ideas and situations.Consulting experience or industry background.Translate technical concepts into layman's terms is an essential skill.
