Job Summary/Company : Sparks Group has partnered with a leading Global managed print organization seeking a Scanning operator for a long term contract. If you have at least 1 year in a customer service environment and experience as an office clerk or performing data entry this is the ideal role for you . Pay rate is $15.00/hr . Responsibilities :Convert paper documents to digital formats including microfilm/microfichePerform Quality inspection to ensure image meets client criteriaEscalate exception itemsDeliver and pick up mailPerform outgoing postal and courier dutiesReceive, sort, and process mail documents, packages, and suppliesQualifications/Background Profile :
At least 1 year in a customer service environmentPrevious data entry or office clerk experience preferredAbility to multi-task and meet urgent deadlinesExcellent Verbal and written communication skillsOpen to receiving pay of $15.00/hr
