This position leads a team of systems engineers in the development, delivery, and maintenance of LCS IT systems. The role involves driving business value analysis and strategically evaluating technology investments to ensure alignment with organizational goals. The Technical Lead will provide technical guidance, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive and effective solutions.

The Role:Lead and advise on the strategic planning and roadmap development for reporting and integration platforms, as well as other back-end processes, aligning with business objectives and priorities.Utilizing extensive system experience, oversee the technical configuration, customization, and integration of LCS business systems to meet complex business requirements and enhance system functionality.Serve as the subject matter expert for system integrations, create, configure, maintain, and monitor files. Troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise.Provide technical guidance and support to cross-functional teams and stakeholders on system capabilities, best practices, and industry trends.Partner with System Owners to help lead the implementation of system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, including planning, testing, and deployment activities, to ensure the stability and reliability of the platform.Work with IT functional leads and business partners to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions that optimize processes and workflows.Manage and coordinate project activities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication, for projects impacting the user base and aligning with strategic initiatives.Develop and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications and configuration guides, to support knowledge transfer and ensure system integrity.Mentor and coach junior members of the IT team, providing guidance, support, and knowledge sharing opportunities to foster their professional growth and development.Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry best practices, and system updates to recommend and implement innovative solutions and enhancements.As needed, analyze and resolve the most complex tickets escalated by the team.Responsible for the effective management and leadership of a team. This includes, but is not limited to: hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and managing performance, allocating compensation, effectively handling employee relations issues, managing terminations.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience required.8+ years of related experience required, with direct business systems experience preferred.Minimum 2 years of experience leading a technical team is required.Knowledge & Skills:

Demonstrated experience in leading a team responsible for designing and implementing system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between various platforms and systems.Advanced analytical skills with the ability to critically evaluate and interpret complex technical documents and specifications.Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality work within established deadlines.Must be able to effectively consult with and influence large stakeholder groups and senior leadership.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality resultsExperience with Oracle Fusion Cloud, Mulesoft, Snowflake, Azure, SQL, Python, or similar preferred.Background in application development is preferred.

The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant factors
