To set the testing processes and making sure team adhere to the process standards. Govern, monitor and report the project stat progress.Strong Exp in SAPStrong experience developing and implementing test plans & test cases.Strong experience identifying test cases, writing test cases and performing manual testingStrong experience implementing QA process and methodologiesRetail or Online Store backgroundGood team and people skillsExcellent oral/written communication skillsAble to host status meeting and ad hoc working sessionsAble to work independently under pressure and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.Able to work with cross-functional teams to build and deliver a project.Able to collaborate with business partners, developers, and various support teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects and issues.Able to coordinate end to end validation with various backend systems and vendorsRequired Skills/QualificationsMandatory skills* SAP Testing experience and good overall SAPExceptional project management skills, PMP certification Preferred.Experience in all phases of project management and delivery, including UAT and implementationKnowledge of core Client submissions / processing capabilities and architecture preferredExperience working with Client Technologies and Business partnersStrong communication, negotiation, collaboration and influencing skillsStrong results orientation with the ability to effectively assess and manage risks, issues, budgets, timelines and scopeAbility to identify opportunities to reduce costs and / or timelines without adding unacceptable risks to qualityWorking knowledge of Quality Center and experience leading UAT activitiesExperience in creation of training materials and delivery of training preferredExpected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 - Austin, TX .
